  Excellent company, polite, great value for a great price. All the other companies in my area didn’t even care to call me back after I called and left messages. Thompson not only called me but they kept contact and gave me prompt service.

  First - they answered the phone!!! Which is amazing in itself from our experience in the area. We had a sewer clog - they were there within a couple of hours and solved the problem, but also explained and showed me HOW it happened. I hope I don’t have to call again, but if I do this is the first number I’ll try! :) THANK YOU!

  On time ,on task and a very nice family company. Phil helped me with a rental property and advised my renter what to try without any charge.His suggestion was the problem and I appreciate him very much. He even answered the phone after hours. Thanks!!
