  Excellent customer service and product knowledge! We recently remodeled our bathroom and needed to fit a new faucet. After several trips to another home improvement store on Donaghey and the purchase of FOUR incorrect pieces that were recommended, I called SPS, described my situation, and then went by to pick up the pieces. So skip the one stop shop and start with the people who actually know plumbing!

  Since covid they have had the worst service. You have to call ahead and the people on the phone do not know anything about what they are doing. It was much better when you could go in and talk to the actual workers.
