I use to visit this store in bosque farms NM when I lived there. Employees were always kind and courteous. Shelves were well stocked and I never left without finding what I needed.

I came in early right after the doors opened. The gentleman with the short flat top haircut and glasses was at the counter. I walked up to the service desk to locate my plumbing parts. As I approached he threw up his arms and said, "what? " I told him," I can see you're upset  I'll go somewhere else." He said, " good. "
That'll be my last time there. I do not recommend this place.

My family and I are very pleased with this location. After searching at several places in Los Lunas we found what we needed here. The manager is very helpful and gave us great advice. He took the time to explain and to make sure we were getting the correct items. We will be shopping here from now on thanks to the customer service and thanks to them carrying items that nobody else had. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. They had a plumbing fitting that the big box home improvement stores were out of and at a better price!

This is the first place we go for plumbing needs and we find the staff to be very helpful, courteous and to have gone above and beyond in taking care of us and their prices are competitive, and some things are priceless, like good advice.  We are also glad to know they’ve implemented safe COVID practices and are enforcing what they’ve put into place. Before you go anywhere else for a part, try here.

I am very disappointed with our local the manager of a small bald man is the most unprofessional person I have ever came in contact with! He called my contractor an animal and told him he did no longer want his business! I can guarantee you we know where Lowe's and Home Depot is located! We will never support this business any longer!

My husband and I went to this store 20 minutes before closing on February 4.  One of the workers greeted us with a smile and helped us with what we needed. When we went to pay all I had on me was a 20 dollar bill.  They had already counted out their cash drawers for the day and acted like changing a 20 dollar bill was an impossible task. The assistant manager acted like we were bothering him and was very unprofessional.  I understand wanting to get out of work on time, but they shouldn't be counting their cash drawers out until after they close so they can make change properly without acting like a jerk.

We had a water leak on a hose bib and my husband bought a few replacement parts. They didnt fit and i had to return them. They told me i could not get a refund because the pieces on the receipt didnt match the items i brought in even though they still had the samons sticker on them. I argued saying that the sales man must have keyed in the product code wrong. I was told they dont make mistakes and they still refused to refund the money. I had to send in my husband and they gave him a refund no questions asked.

Third and probably the last time I go there. Bummer because I live in Bosque Farms. But I'll have to go to Samons in Albuquerque. The little bald manager there is a real douche. Never wants to help me. He must not like his job

I should have just gone to Home Depot, I went in for a DIY project to replace my kitchen sink. They won't let you open any of the faucet boxes to see if this faucet will work on your application..so I bought what I thought would work, to find out it doesn't...no big deal right...I'll just return it, nope they charge 20% to return it...Like I said at 1st just stick with the chain stores...and you'll be ok..
