  Last Friday evening my son and daughter-in-law arrived from out to town and my old water heater died!!! Called my regular plumber and he couldn’t come till the following week!! Saturday morning my son started researching and found Ruiz Plumbing, highly rated, called and the owner Jose Ruiz himself arrived soon to assess the situation, and an hour after that my new water heater was delivered and then installed the next day, which was Sunday!! Unbelievably quick service by very professional and friendly men. They have certainly gained a new customer in me and I will be referring them to my friends.

  Jose, the owner was extremely thorough right from the first phone call. He asked for pictures and knew exactly what was to be done and let us know upfront including cost. He is excellent at following through and returned calls with answers. No games or excuses. He showed up not on time, but 5 min EARLY! What a rare treat. He was clean, neat, respectful, did an outstanding job draining, cleaning soldering, and replacing copper pipes and valves. He was polite and barely made a mess. This guy was flat out awesome. I usually am hesitant to use people down here because of all the games and nonsense. This man is a pros pro. If I can give him 10 stars I would. This guy is awesome and 100% will use him again for our plumbing needs.

  Needed a water heater replaced in my home. Called Ruiz Plumbing. Was set up with a time to meet up and go over what was needed. Jose arrived he was very knowledgeable and guided me with the best option for my home. Price was fair and reasonable. Ordered the new water heater he arrived on time installed it fast and also helped with other issues I had around the house. Great guy very friendly and very professional. Will definitely be calling him for future work needed.
