  Absolutely terrible phone etiquette. I called in as a client to ask questions about their services and the rep, Ashlyn, couldn't even be bothered to just say i'm sorry I don't have the time to take your questions at the moment. Pretty much treated me as if I was someone trying to sell her something when in fact I was hoping to use this company in the future. Alas, I most certainly will not and if you've never needed a septic installation before I advise you to do the same because they will probably treat you like you're dumb or even worse, HANG UP IN YOUR FACE.

  I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS !! We had a tech out last week due to a "block" as he claimed to be in our septic lines. Here we are a week later on a Saturday and having major issues. Royal Flush claims to warranty their work for 30 days. We call to have someone come out today but told they are closed even though its states they are available 24 hours and emergency cases . Made a second call. Tech finally calls back. Husband explains the situation and says he paid for work and it was unsatisfactory. Tech automatically starts getting an attitude. Says they only cover their warranty Mon-Fri. Then says we can take our business elsewhere and call for a refund. Is this honestly how this business runs. Rude, unprofessional and not stand by their "warranty"? I highly recommend working with a company that cares for their clientele. Being business owners ourselves we would NEVER to this. We would be there in a flash.

  These guys are top notch. Jeff and Bobby made the whole process of repairing our septic system easy and they were able to finish the project for less than they quoted us. Truly a superb contractor. I could not recommend them more highly.
