  My husband called Mr Roy and he was called back immediately to get our septic tank pumped out, he arrived next morning and was very professional and detailed about what he was doing , took approximately 30 minutes.   Paid him $650 to pump out septic tank and he didn't pump it out. He's a con!

  He was to put a field line in for septic and pump tank. He pumped 10 minutes only and the field line was put in going up hill. I had to hire a new company to perform the service 1 week later. He charged 2500.00 for undone work.
