  It was our first time using Roto-rooter for our clogged kitchen drain. Edgar was exceptional in diagnosing and communicating the problem as well as the solution and pricing. We were very pleased with his politeness, professionalism and his work. Great service!

  Although we didn’t use Roto-Rooter due to needing a granite specialist (the under-mount sink fell in), the specialist Eric came out and did a fantastic job! He explained the situation very thoroughly, was so kind, professional and made it an overall wonderful experience! He was willing to work with us if we do choose to use them for a portion of the work. It was so nice to be able to call someone on a Saturday evening and have them come out within an hour and a half to assess the situation free of charge. Thank you Eric for all of your help today! It was greatly appreciated and we’ll keep you in mind for the future!

  Our rep Gabriel 3145 went above and beyond to help us with an awful problem in our home! Always explained what was wrong as well as next step! Kind courteous friendly sympathetic knowledgeable and cleaned up his work area . I would gladly ask for him by name to come again and highly recommend him.
