Nick was an excellent plumber diagnosed my problem right away and work was done quickly and precise. Will be strictly requesting him if I ever have another plumbing issue. Great customer service and knew what he was talking about. Very skilled plumber.

I called on a Saturday morning at 6:30. Rich was at my door a little after 8am. He brought a trainee. Both gentleman were professional and polite from the moment I opened the door. Rich listened to my concerns, explained everything in terms I can understand. He explained the process and detailed pricing upfront. While he was fixing the issue, he was teaching the newer guy and actually explaining things to him and worked hands on with him. Rich showed an amazing ability to teach his trade with a great amount of knowledge. Once the problem was found and fix, I again was explained the why and how. I was able to ask questions and receive real answers. Rich even took a minute to speak to me and let me show him and ask questions regarding another minor plumbing issue. He quoted a good price for the second job, but took the few minutes to really make sure I understood everything. Thank you Rich and Rotorooter for amazing service.

Professional and so helpful. Detected a collapsed sewer line and were willing to work with us on payment. Got repairs and clean up done same day and sent a team member out to help us open up an insurance claim. Couldn’t be happier with their services and care! Frank was awesome and communicated with us throughout the whole process.
