My service person Greg replaced my water heater. He did such a nice clean job. Definitely knows what he is doing. He made heads and tails of the original mess given to him and was able to sort through it all to make it all clean and certifiable. In and out quickly, troubleshooting issues. Wayne and Perry were awesome! Arrived earlier than scheduled. I was able to get my issue fixed the same day. The fact that Roto-Rooter also handles water remediation is great. All of the services under one roof. Will update on water remediation once complete but so far I have had an amazing experience with this company as a first time homeowner!!! I am so grateful to have heat and water again. Thank you!!

Perry and Wayne were great! They were on time, efficient, and very friendly. I appreciated that they made sure I understood the cost/process before beginning the repairs. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing issues.
