My Sump pump stopped working last night. I filled out an online appointment request and immediately heard from roto rooter. This morning Kemal showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and fixed my problem immediately. During a time when the pandemic is raging, he was extremely safe in his COVID protocols. The price was very fair. I would definitely call them again!

I called Roto Rooter after the plumber my Home Warranty sent out could not unclog my main sewer line. That guy was unprofessional and could not get the line cleared in the 3.5 hours he was at my house working on it. So Roto-Rooter came out and cleared it in 20 minutes! Helps that he had the right tools for the job. Additionally this gentleman fro Roto-Rooter was courteous and professional. Very happy with the work done. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is their price was a bit higher than I was expecting. But not unreasonable. If I could give half stars the Roto-Rooter would be getting 4.5 stars but since I cannot they unfortunately are getting 4. Still highly recommend them if you have a sewer issue!

Anthony came out to my house because my toilet backed up and there was water on my floors. My toilet did not overflow that I was aware of so I was unsure where the water came from and thought maybe it was coming from the pipe under the house. He checked everything out and made sure there was no toilet clog and that would the water was draining properly. He was very professional and friendly and was respectful of my home. He’s a keeper.
