Jude was prompt and respectful. He was able to diagnose our pipe issue and quickly came up with options for repair, involving us in the decision. Then he made the pipe connector fix and diligently ensured that no remaining leaks occurred and that we were satisfied before leaving. We definitely recommend using roto-rooter and asking for Jude.

The service person, Diego, arrived on time as promised. He performed the drain cleaning, including removal and reinstallation of the toilet. The problem was resolved. Diego was courteous and professional. I would use them again.
