Mitch was an awesome. They showed up when they said they would. They were professional. Their equipment was like brand new. They were able to respond within two hours of my call to pump out my septic tank. Mitch was very knowledgeable and honest. I have been in construction my entire life and I was waiting for them to try to scare me into replacing my drain field or trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need but that never happened. Mitch was straight up honest with me and actually explained to me the reason the issue was not as bad as I thought it might be. Great people, great service, and I would highly recommend them!

Blake arrived on time & quickly serviced our system. Very hard worker. Conscientious & Professional. Quickly assured me our drain field was in good shape and proceeded with service. Our system wasn't the easiest to access but he reassured me it was no problem and made sure irrigation system was not disturbed. I couldn't be happier. Quick, efficient & very polite. I would absolutely recommend your service to anyone looking to have their septic system serviced.

I called Rocket router and they came next day first thing in the morning. Thinking we needed a major job to be done Kevin fixed it properly without making a large job out of it and saving us money. I would use rocket router again and refer them to anybody who asked.
