  I must be ancient but I get REALLY excited when I find new, smart, handy, and versatile tradesmen who are trustworthy AND who know how to deliver fantastic customer service! I had been 100% agitated by a prior, ridiculously expensive estimate (also potentially disruptive and time-consuming) from another firm but RMS came in, offered an estimate, fixed everything in maybe 30 minutes (hose bib, outside faucet) and so, I not only won my battle with Mr. Drippy (as I so named the outside spigot) but I also saved money AND time (and both are equally as important to me). Five stars (thanks to Andrew)! Highly recommended and would use again!

  Andrew was great. Never used this plumber before just called and was told the technician would call me back. Andrew called before I could even hang up. Came out cleaned the drain checked them all and said nothing else was necessary. Price was very reasonable. I recommend

  I called and left a voice mail he called back immediately and was at my rental within 30 minutes. Did the job was fast & friendly. He also explained things before he did them. I appreciated that so much. Pricing was awesome also. Highly recommend and will be using again.
