I’ve been using Remedy Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for the past 3 years now. They did all the plumbing for a new build on our property and have done repairs and replacements on existing pipes and fixtures. Jamey and his crew are so responsive, knowledgeable, and experienced. Their integrity and kindness speaks volumes in a time where so many businesses care only about their bottom line rather than taking care of customers and their needs in the best and right way. Blake was absolutely outstanding. He has excellent customer service savvy, in addition to top notch plumbing skills. He kept a positive, professional and easy-going attitude in spite of the project expanding from just installing a bidet toilet to finding and fixing an obstruction in the line. Also, Rene in the office provided excellent coordination and scheduling service. I will definitely use Remedy Plumbing for future projects and enthusiastically recommend them.
