I’ve had an exceptional experience with Rainbow Plumbing. They were very accommodating when I emailed and called them to set up an appointment time that would work best with my night shift work schedule. I’ve had them out several times to fix a kitchen sink leak, replace an overly rusted and calcified toilet parts, and install a new faucet. Their labor time was quick and the plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly. The labor costs in my opinion were very reasonable and competitive and they don’t charge a $50.00 “travel fee” (with or without an estimate) like one of their competitors, at least not that I know of. I’d use them again for more future projects.

We used to LOVE Rainbow Plumbing--but be warned. They've been bought out by a large company and their prices have almost tripled. Which is totally fine--except they don't warn you of that before they arrive. So if you're expecting to pay $89 for a service you had last year (as we did), they'll now charge $250. I wish I was making this up. The service guys are always great, they got the job done, but someone should have warned us before they arrived that their rates had increased substantially. ("Hey, I see we performed this service for you last year...I just want to let you know that our rates have increased since that time...Would you still like to pay the service charge to have us come give you a quote for the work?")

I had Rainbow come out to fix a backed up shower and toilet. They fixed the problem that day, but within six days it was backed up again. Dave and Jonathan came out for the second time and it took just a few minutes to clear the line. They both mentioned that I might consider having the old copper replaced where it attached to the cast iron sewer line, since that was where it was always getting clogged up at. Five days later, yep, it was backed up again. Debbie had them come out first thing Monday morning and they knew right where the trouble was. I want to mention that I was only charged for their first visit. The last two times Rainbow came out there was no charge. At this point it was clear that the pipe needed to be replaced so I called and Debbie set it up for the next afternoon. I requested Dave and Jonathan do the work and they were done in a couple of hours. Both Dave and Jonathan were friendly, professional and courteous. They also answered any questions I had about the work they were doing, taking time to explain it to me. I actually understand more about plumbing now than I did before. I have recommended Rainbow to several friends of mine and I appreciate the great customer service I've always received from everyone there!!
