  I hired them because they were good with BBB, Yelp and in general on the net. I have now used them several times and I'm happy I did. Amanda couldn't be nicer or more helpful, Brian was knowledgeable and professional, and thank heavens for Robert! Those are the 3 who worked with me and I appreciate all they did. And the icing on the cake was the very clever tag line for the business:. "In the kitchen, with a wrench.". They're great.

  Have used the services of Professor Plumb on many occasions. Very knowledgeable, courteous, very reliable and price is always reasonable. Will highly recommend this company

  It's rare these days to find a family run business like this that actually care about their work, will give it to you straight, and aren't trying to collect a big check just to look at an issue. I've had so many bad service jobs out here from various lines of work, finding someone like this is like finding gold in your backyard. The only downside is that their increasingly in demand, even so I've waited weeks without AC just so I could have them be the one's to look at my issue rather than worry about some inexperienced service worker collecting a paycheck from a company without any care or accountability. I highly recommend Professor Plumb.
