  My meter was turned off by Duke because of a gas leak. I contacted Plumb Tite the same day Duke left, and Plumb Tite called me back within minutes to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Kevin came on time, told me what needed to be fixed to bring everything up to code and was able to start the same day. He showed me his work, answered all my questions and was great to talk with. I am truly grateful for the quick action and great service. Duke came the same day Kevin completed the job and my gas is back on! I will use Plumb Tite for future issues and let my friends and family know about the great service. Thank you for responding so quickly.

  Needed a plumber to remove my old gas oven hose attachment on gas line and install my new oven. Had to call a plumber because Lowe’s delivery/hook up team is the worst service ever and they didn’t want t to put in a little elbow grease. My tech, Kevin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt in safe hands with him and was very pleased with how quickly he got the job done and answered any questions. I’m glad I found Plumb Tite on google and called them because the price was reasonable for the time as well. Thank you Kevin! Will recommend to anyone looking for plumbing work to be completed.

  We had our sump pump go out during a rain that created flash flooding across the TriState. We called at least seven plumbers with only a few returning our calls. Two that gave estimates, wanted 3x the amount we ended up spending with Plum Tite. Chad came the next day, was polite/professional, had the new pump on the van, and was on his way within two hours. I'll be telling everyone about the great service that we received. A+
