  After pulling quotes from three firms Plumb Pro was the obvious choice. Their cost to install a new 50 gallon hot water tank was reasonable and in line with the market but also they provided a discount if signing up for their maintenance program. My only complaint would be that the tech was extremely late on the day the tank was installed. It seemed that he may have arrived late to their warehouse and that traffic was bad on I-26. With that, I work from home and so the tardyness was not overly bothersome. The tech was very polite and cordial. He cleaned up as he went and my overall feel is that I am happy with the service Plumb Pro provided.

  The professionalism and eagerness to make me a satisfied customer went above and beyond what I was expecting. I had an issue, it seemed to persist and they came out three additional times to address the issue. In the end it was not the fault of their work, but a totally different issue that VJ, the service tech, took the time to diagnose with me. Highest compliments to Plumb Pro and to VJ. Exceptional service. Not only would I use them again, but I would recommend them.

  Just requested an estimate to replace water heaters. Guys were courteous, wore shoe covers, and we're easy to work with. They looked over the job carefully. If I have them do the work, I feel confident it will be done well.
