John the service tech did a great job. Easy going guy. Showed up later than I expected , got tied up on prior job. Plumbing can be unpredictable sometimes, so I understand

We saw 2 plumbers working at a recreation center. After they fixed the urinal, it was absolutely flithy and the 1st sink was a mess from them. Very sloppy and in my opinion, disrespectful if they couldn't wipe up their residue and mess.

Normally when a drain cleaning is performed the bathroom remains closed and the property manager is contacted. A cleaning crew is then sent, especially on commercial properties. There are very strict rules out there that we must follow. We always clean our mess when work is complete, unless instructed otherwise. If the restroom was left open it was done as a curtesy for the patrons there at the time, especially during busy times for the rec center. Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience.

They never called or showed up for our appointment so we went without hot water all weekend

An appointment was made through manufacturer which failed to notify us. Were very sorry for this inconvenience.
