  I spoke with Amanda to discuss a ruptured copper pipe repair. She quickly had my service scheduled within 2 days. The technician, Rashad, showed up on time, was professional, answered all of my questions and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

  We installed a brand new tankless water heater with brand new piping the beginning of Dec 2020. The pressure valve is leaking a continuous flow of water. When I phoned the office to ask about repair/replacement they said they only honor a 90 day warranty. The project is 10 months old and the replacement estimate is $650. I asked for a copy of the warranty information and it is not on the website, invoice, anywhere. Get it in writing. If not fixed ASAP we will not have hot water in the coming months. Again, a brand new system was installed 10 months ago.

  We took care of this and realized that the repair was indeed under warranty. Sorry for any confusion. We had a new dispatcher that was unaware of our policy.

  They repaired a leaky underground gas pipe at one of the communities I manage. Henry was professional, very knowledgeable, and kept me updated during the whole process…. Great work!!
