  I tried calling to obtain service for backed up floor drains at one of our locations, but the person who answered yelled stating "he was with customers, and he was busy so don't bug" I would have been a customer if he would have listened to my request. Their customer service needs to be addressed. Looks like we will need to pull plumbers out of Lubbock to have Crosbyton locations serviced.
