I was a little nervous to call a plumber (first issue) and after reading reviews and calling places I went with Mr. Rooter! First -one of the only places to offer a free estimate! Second -Christian M. was our technician and the reason I would use this company again! He was so nice, clean, answered all my questions and didn’t mind me observing! He finished much faster than estimated and gave great tips for future maintenance. They are so great with price and plan to pay —so appreciated! They care more about getting it done than the money. Will always recommend. Great warranty!

I'm very happy with the service I received from Mark at Mr. Rooter and wish I had called them first. I previously paid almost $500 for a different plumber to address a clogged sewer pipe. That guy wanted an extra $100 to put the toilet back in place after removing it to snake the line. I called Mr. Rooter to get hydro jetting done, which not very many plumbwrs in the area do. Mark was efficient and warned me of the cost beforehand. He was professional and cleaned up after himself thoroughly, and even showed me the camera view inside the sewer pipe so I could see that it was clear. He also didn't charge extra for putting the toilet back. The service cost exactly what he said it would. Highly recommend this company. Mark did a great job and was also a nice friendly person.

We lost our water heater the day after closing. Josh came in the day after got us an estimate and started the work the next day. He stayed all day and practically night to ensure my kids got a hot shower. At one point we had 4 Mr. Rooter trucks in our driveway all working on some part of the job. Would highly recommend this company.
