  River was a great technician! He found the cause of our water damage quickly. He repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. He also informed me of the many many services Mr Rooter offers. I will use them for ALL my needs!

  The experienced plumber they sent, Dan B was professional and knowledgeable and took care of the problem. He had done a very thoroughly job for the same issue before in our rental. He had good advice and left everything cleaned up. He is the best and is very conscientious and isn’t the kind of guy who would leave a job done poorly. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat.

  Scheduling via text message worked great for me and I was able to be worked into the schedule pretty quickly. Roger was very professional, personable, and worked with me on programming the new water softener. I really appreciated that because I will now know what to do to reprogram/adjust the programming if needed. Will definitely recommend! Thanks Roger!
