  I hired this company only cause my building recommended them (not sure why) and I was in a rush to find something asap since my water wasn't draining/flushing in my sink and toilet and they were already in my building fixing someone else's plumbing issue. I had to call them 3 times to come out to fix the unsuccessful job they did with my toilet. I will admit they fixed the draining issue in my kitchen sink but once I called to let them know my toilet is still not flushing still and had a leakage after the first guy left, the lady on the phone Dulce gave me a sense of attitude as if I was lying or bothering her for someone to come out again to see why I still have the issue but they sure wanted to collect their payment asap. She finally agreed to send someone else out and told me I would have to pay more if its a new issue. I thought to myself why didn't the first guy find the real issue and why did I have to pay for that? A new guy came and told me that the previous guy should of throughly looked better and it's a leakage and was clogged, he removed the entire toilet and then at the time when he was done it seem like the issue was fixed but then when I used the toilet for the first time , it wouldn't flush again! I called again in frustration as by now it's been days of not having a properly working toilet, and to tell her it's still not flushing... and again I get attitude as if I want to keep calling them back! I just wanted to flush my dam toilet! I called for the 3rd time on a Friday and she said no one could come out till Monday! I literally was so frustrated that I called a family friend to come check it to see what's the real problem, cause I could not wait any longer and did not want to put up with the attitude from this company and lack of unprofessionalism . This company charged me 680$!!!!! And the problem still exists, they never offered to reimburse me the fees for the unsuccessful job with the toilet never even answered my email .. just please guys do your research before hiring a plumbing company, this company completely ripped me off with price, didn't successfully fix my toilet and never reimbursed me for it! We're in a pandemic and their so heartless to do this to me financially...

  This is the worst plumbing company I have ever dealr with. They couln't even fix my toilet and I had to call a second plumber to do. When I asked to be reimbursed, they refused to do it.
