I called Dennis at 9 am in the morning on a Monday and by 12 pm he had someone at my house. This is amazing. I am so thankful they could get to me so quickly. This is an amazing company with outstanding customer service. Super friendly and helpful. The plumber showed and explained everything to me. He was awesome. I will always recommend and use Major Plumbing. You guys are awesome.. Thank you so much...

We called, waited a week for our appointment. I took the day off work to be home. Appointment at 2pm no show, no call. Finally, around 4:15 the office called my husband at work, said it would be another hour and a half. When he arrived he said the office said they tried to call both of us. This was a lie. The plumber said the parts were additional, so the quoted price of $210. Turned into $325. The shut off valve was $50. Alone. They didn't haul the old water heater off, said he would be back next day to take it away, never showed up. My husband called the office to ask if they would pick it up, lady was rude and said maybe on Monday, she hung up on my husband. they replaced it on Thursday. Will never use this place again.

Had a great experience getting two toilets installed. I have a local plumber I like but they wanted an astronomical price for the install so I used Lowe's install services and they used Major Plumbing. They will be my new go to. Shane was my plumber and was on time, did good work, and had great communication. He took away all boxes, old toilets, etc. and no issue with 2nd floor install. Google should really remove these other fake reviews with 1 star.
