  I had a clog in the main drain going out to the street and sewer water was backing up into my unfinished basement. I called Saturday morning and explained my mini-crisis and they sent someone over that morning. The plumber came over and did a quick assessment. He brought the big electric auger from his truck and went to work. The clog cleared up right away (it was just a lot of toilet paper). I was so relieved! He cleared the pipes in both directions and guaranteed it for a month. Super quick response time and got the job done. Total cost was very less.
