  Dereck performed a small miracle for me today. It's the first Monday after Christmas and he answered my call in the middle of his work day. He did not know me, I would be a new customer of his. I had an "emergency"....a house full of guests and no hot water! Even though I was not yet a "regular" customer, and he had already put in a full days work, he responded to me with concern and empathy. He promised to come by when he was done with his current work at 5pm to access my issue. He did, and indicated I needed a new water heater. At 10pm, he had shopped for and had installed a new water heater in our home, and saved the day for my guests! Who does that!? He is my hero, and deserves a 10 star rating! He personifies what doesn't seem to exist any more....great customer service and professionalism, honest, hard working, competent, all with a great "bedside manner". He's got a customer for life!

  Derek is amazing in every way. I have worked in property insurance for almost 10 years and know how hard it can be to find good people to do honest work and timely. I've seen my share of lawsuits because of poor workmanship and I'm blessed to know Derek and be able to recommend him as a stand up plumber. From the night the ceiling fixture started leaking water he was out in less than 48 hours and fixed the shower issues on the spot. Fair and honest, professional and knowledgeable, you will be happy to have him as a resource.

  Enrico was awesome. He explained everything about what had probably happened prior to service and was absolutely spot on. He gave me an approximate verbal estimate without seeing the job and did not charge a fee to come out and give an estimate. His rates were easy on the pocket book, he was pleasant and on time. He cleaned up the job to my satisfaction. The job he did was quality work in my opinion. I would use him in the future and highly recommend him to others.
