  I called Luis on Christmas afternoon for stoppages in both our toilets. He was willing to come out on the holiday but it was dark and raining so he offered 9-11 on Sunday. He texted when was on his way and showed up on time. He wore booties and was professional. He fixed our issue with a 30 day guarantee. Thanks Luis for saving the day!
