Very professional business. Prompt service and it was on a Sunday that I needed them. Got an appointment right away and within an hour our service man named Randy was here to fix our clogged drain. He explained everything to us and promptly went to work. Fixed our problem and asked if there was anything else we needed. Thank you so much. It is so hard to find good and experienced plumbers today but am happy to say that this company is terrific!!

Ease of booking appointment and responsiveness excellent.  Professionalism excellent.  Plumber was clean-cut, personable and conscientious in every respect.  HOWEVER, their pricing was ridiculous.  Rather than time & materials, the quote an exorbitant, flat price by type of fix needed.  Unfortunately, I will never use nor recommend this company again based solely on their pricing model.  It's a shame because the people and organization there are clearly first-rate.

We had a very good experience with this company especially the plumber who did our work (Julio Rodriguez) He was more than professional very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in his field.
He was very courteous and explained the whole job step by step. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for future jobs.

I was fortunate enough to get Zach & Austin as my technicians.  Both were absolute gentleman and professional from beginning to end.  Not an easy install, with tight spaces & old plumbing to navigate.  But they handled the job like seasoned veterans.  I would recommend this service to anyone.

They were responsive and communicative - same day service with flooding hot water heater. The tech -Elijah C.- was extremely professional and easy to work with. He assessed, explained everything in detail, answered all questions, removed old unit, replaced with new unit, and worked efficiently. He was especially kind and helpful by cleaning up. He finished the job by walking us through all the safety features as well as operational components of the new water heater. We are so thankful and unequivocally recommend Len The Plumber and Elijah C.!

I had kitchen plumbing lines relocated. This required cutting a concrete slab. The plumber cut the slab (not a mason). He did not use water  so there was concrete dust throughout my house. It set off the smoke alarms. I had to leave the house because the air quality was so bad. He did not come prepared at all. He was not going to plastic off the kitchen. I had plastic sheeting on hand and we hung it but it didn’t help because he wasn’t wetting the concrete. He claimed he “forgot his bucket” and declined when I offered him a bucket. The plumber did not cleanup his mess. He did not shop vac, didn’t take away the concrete, didn’t even sweep- but he was happy to take away the old copper without asking. He leaked plumbing glue on a vintage sweatshirt in my laundry room and left his glue container behind and open on my washer. Completely unprofessional company in my opinion. I recently had bathroom plumbing done with another company and they hired a mason to cut the concrete. They cleaned up their mess and used water when cutting to keep dust low. Night and day!

Zach was great. He knew exactly what to do to fix the issue. His knowledge saved me a great deal of money which
i would have spent using another company. Fair pricing and very professional service. I would certainly recommend the company, but I personally would want Zach to come back. I have finally got my plumbing issues of 10 Years fixed thanks to Zach.
