  My furnace started acting up on a -20 degree night and Chuck at Laplante's was the only company to actually tell me they could help (instead of "sorry, we're not taking new customers"). The furnace was working intermittently, so it wasn't the easiest to diagnose. Chuck was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on, how things should be working, and next steps if changing the inducer fan assembly didn't resolve the issue. Luckily it did and the furnace has been running smooth since. A+ would recommend 10/10

  Chuck came to help out with a hot water problem. Not only did he solve the problem in about half an hour, he explained very clearly and extensively what the problem was and how to fix it. He is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me understand the issue, and how the system works. He also recommended other fixes to plumbing and heating that he noticed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

  Chuck from Laplante's went above and beyond during our first annual furnace inspection in a new home. He took the time to explain the functions of the system, what tests he was performing, and made recommendations for increased efficiency. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with these folks.
