  These guys were great. Choice home warranty sent them here and they actually FIXED THE PROBLEM instead of putting a band aid on it. Octavius is a super hard working tech and he answered every question I had professionally, but in a way I could understand. that guy really deserves a raise!

  I was assigned Kingsport Plumbing and Cooling by my home warranty company re a HVAC issue. The company showed up during the given time frame and listened to the problem I was having. Their technicians quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat and promptly replaced it with a new one. The techs then checked the coolant level on this system and learned it needed additional freon. Their techs were knowledgeable and polite during their work. Even though they were unsure the thermostat replacement would be covered under my home warranty, the following morning I received a call from their front office informing it was covered. I was very pleased with my experience with this company and their employees.
