  I'm a landlord and I've called King Snake a few times now for clogging issues. He comes when promised and does a thorough job. One particular job was exceptional and above and beyond. Bill has become my go to guy.

  NEVER SHOWED-I called early in the morning and scheduled a 2pm appt. She was nice at first and said they were out of state and had just got back and he went right to a job. I had a clog and this guy use to be good. Took care of any issues for a number of years and was reasonable. Yesterday the woman I spoke to in the morning called me back at 2:30pm and said that he was running behind and had more of a problem. At that point I said that was ok and I would be home. I left work early because of my appt. It was 3pm. 4 pm 5 pm 6 pm. No call no plumber. Since we could not use the bathroom we had to go to a store to use theirs. Got back it is now 7pm. Called back. Their phone kept breaking up and I couldn’t hear anyone. Then I heard him say King Snake and I then asked how long it was going to be or if he was in the area. This woman jumped in on the conversation that I had spoke with while I was apparently on speaker phone talking to him. She said she tried calling me at 430 and 530 and was told that it was not the correct number. I was not happy. I said you spoke to me at 2:30 you knew the number was right. I had no missed calls from them at all. My phone keeps track. She said well we are on the road. These people had NO INTENTION of ever coming and I don’t know what kind of game they were playing but I had to call someone else last minute who maybe cost more but were pleasant. They are Mullers Plumbing. It may cost more because I was forced to call someone after hours and pay on an emergency call. King Snake Was extremely unprofessional and not showing up. They should not be in business. I didn’t need a shouting match because his whatever who talked on the phone was truly wrong and disrespectful. They never intended to show up. He was saying while I was trying to talk to him that he didn’t want to be in the middle of the conversation. Well you never showed up so what is his excuse. He usually came right after he was finished with a job to the house. Not good experience. Will use Mullers Plumbing from now on. I give Mullers a 5 star rating. I give King Snake sewer and drain 0

  I called them very short notice to snake out the main line going out of the house in the middle of a terrible snow storm and bill showed up and fixed it . He also charges less then any of the prices I was quoted for the job by other companies in the area. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
