  We had a fridge ice maker supply line crack inside a wall during a cold snap. We called Kevin's and he came out the next day to check out the problem. At the time he could only guess where the leak was and what the fix would take. He was very straight forward that it would likely take some amount of "exploratory surgery" to find and fix the leak. The next day a crew of 2 guys came out. They found the leak and traced the supply line to where it teed off the main supply. Because a previous incompetent plumber (before we bought the house) had run the line through outside walls and soffits Kevins ran a new supply route to the fridge using better materials that avoided exterior walls so this problem should not occur again. Furthermore, the line that the fridge supply was teed off was the supply line to a wet bar that had also froze up during the cold snap. The old plumber had routed them against the outside wall. Kevin's moved them to the inner side of the wall in front of the insulation so that issue should also be fixed. We had also mentioned that on cold cold days the washing machine water supply line would also freeze. So they looked into that as well. Another line routed through an outside wall by the old plumber. So it was rerouted too. All this work was completed by these 2 guys in under 5 hours, much of it searching for causes. And, as it turns out, for what I would consider a very fair price. I am also quite happy with what was accomplished to not only fix the active leak but to mitigate the other winter issues as well. They clearly explained what they had done and how it should address the issue so I am very satisfied with the workmanship. I highly recommend Kevin's Plumbing.

  Replaced the shower/ bath control,replaced kitchen faucet, and rea5tached drain from dishwasher,so sink does not drain back into the dishwasher. We are very satisfied with the proffesionalism technician demononstrated while doing assigned tasks.
