  They were quick to call back & took the time to answer all of my concerns. He was very knowledgeable. I had an exhaust pipe leaking from my hot water heater. Good as new now. Price was fair for the service.

  Called Kent Price plumbing to unclog main drain. The employees could not locate the sewer drain line from the house, so they decided that the line needed to be dug up with an excavator because root were undoubtedly in the line (even though they hadnt located the drain). They quoted $4000 for the job. Luckily I called another plumber Rons Septic, Sewer & Plumber and they located the drain, flushed it out, and determined there weren't roots in the pipe. They did all this in an hour and charged $350. I've heard Kent Price does this to other customers - makes a simple job into an extravagant job at a high price to propagate their business. Thats dirty taking advantage of customers in need of a plumber with integrity - just because they don't know anything about plumbing.

  We have had 5 plumbers here. Plus an inspection of sewer before we purchased our house. Kent Price resolved our issues. We had been through hell. Kent Price and his fabulous employees fixed, resolved, our issues. Other plumbers never even called back. Kent called, followed up and took care of us. They are our go to plumber from now on.
