  Where plumbers are concerned, Ken is at the top if his profession. He possesses all the qualities which are of utmost importance. I needed a kitchen faucet repaired, & located his listing in the local telephone directory. I read several positive reviews on the Internet, & decided to contact him on Facebook, inquiring as to if he did such tasks & his hourly rate. Promptness: Literally within a matter of minutes, I received a reply with the requested information. A short time after receiving a response, I contacted him via telephone & left him a message, which he returned in less than half an hour. Accommodating: He was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. Character: He informed me that he could likely rebuild the existing faucet in an attempt to keep cost to me at a minimum, which speaks volumes in regard to his honesty. I had requested that he phone prior to the appointment, which he did, & arrived within 15 minutes. I found him to be very personable, polite, & courteous. In half an hours time, the faucet was repaired. No more leaks, & is now in like new condition. Rates: Extremely reasonable, costing me much less than expected. Would highly recommend him for home plumbing repairs. Guaranteed top notch quality & expertise, & never to disappoint. Thank you, Ken, for your assistance in resolving my plumbing concerns.
