  David and Joshua are excellent at what they do! We just moved into the area and wanted the septic tank cleaned out and inspected and THEY delivered excellent customer service! They are extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated great care and attention to our needs with ZERO hassles. Scheduled the service over the phone, called to verify the day prior, showed up exactly on time, and took care of the system to include inspection. I wish all contractors were like these two gentlemen.

  I used Jones Septic Service to pump my septic tank for normal maintenance. David was able to come out the next day (Saturday) at 7 am. He was on time and very courteous. I had no previous experience with septic systems and he took the time to explain how it works. His price was affordable. I will use this company again when needed.

  Responded quickly after septic system started backing up on Thanksgiving Day. They quickly scheduled an appointment, arrived early, and fixed the issue. All drama free. This is the second time we have used Jones and we will absolutely continue to do so.
