  Excellent service! I was in a bind with my septic tank backing up and needed service quickly. Stanley was recommended by a friend and he came right away. The issue wasn't a quick fix but he temporarily fixed it until he could get back to repair the drain.The original quote was expensive but reasonable. However, the repairs weren't as extensive as he first thought and he was able to save me some money. I appreciate that he didn't charge me for work that didn't need to be done. I would use him again.

  My Dad always did business with Mr. Chapman (the old man). So we called when we needed their services again. The sons are now doing it. It took a week of "I'll be there tomorrow" to get a quote, a week of sitting and waiting, no phone calls...then when they Finally did the work, they busted the water line in the yard, stated it was fixed, got paid, and left...but it wasn't fixed. It was only built up water pressure. Apparently, they blew pressure reducing valve. Said they would be out next morning to repair. No show, after 10 phone calls, I got in touch with a potty mouth guy, stating he would be out. Still sitting here waiting...no water, no phone call, no nothing. Worst customer service skills I've encountered with anyone. It would be different if it was just a couple hundred dollars, but we're talking thousands of dollars worth of work! Needless to say, we'll never be doing business with them again! (But it was done quickly).

  Chapman's Septic Tank Service was not the best company for customer service. They were 45 min. late, and extremely rude and argumentative when trying to locate the septic tank. The son of the original owner would not believe me when I tried to tell him where they had dug before to work on the septic tank and then come to find out..it was exactly where I had told him in the first place. They cut branches from a tree in order to dig, which is fine, but then left them as well as trash (thier drinking cups) in the yard when they were finished. VERY unleasant and arrogant young man to pay and be treated in that manner, very POOR customer service skills! A BIG thumbs DOWN in my opinion.
