  Jim has been my plumber for years in the Orlando and Kissimmee area. I cannot say enough good things about how he cares, his emergent scheduling when needed, his pricing, and his absolute genuine compassion and his attention to every detail. I too am sorry that he will be retiring soon. He is the part of the declining number of trade related service providers that are only concerned about getting it done, done right and at a fair cost. And, always with a smile.

  He rode in on a blue horse - just in time to resolve my issues with a shower that was giving me trouble for weeks. I had 2-3 other plumbing companies come out before calling Jim but they just did not seem "honest, reliable, trustworthy". Jim came out and diagnosed my problem and began applying methods to fix my leaking shower. He showed up on time, he was honest, fixed the problem in a timely manner, and charged a fair price for his work. I asked him if it was true that he was retiring, and he confirmed that was not the case. Jim Secretan Plumbing is now in my contact list on my phone. Thanks Jim !

  Mr. Secretan is the only plumber I call upon. When we moved, I searched high and low for his contact information because he is that good. He is prompt, professional and polite. Honesty is his middle name. For a friendly man who does a plumbing job right the first time, Jim Secretan is the most highly recommended! A MILLION STARS!
