  i called jims septic after moving into my house i recently purchased. another company did the " inspection " and " service " before is purchased. once moved in the septic backed up, i called the company that inspected it to pump and inspect it again to figure out what was wrong sense the said everything was working during 1st inspection. after coming out and pumping they gave me some story about how after all the rain the drain field was soaked and thats why it backed up. and if it happend again call them back. upon questioning the technician i find that he was the one that did the initial inspection. and that he didn't even know where my field was or my dbox even though on the inspection paperwork he said he located it. so a week after they pumped it of coarse it backed up again. so thats when i called Jims. Tristan came out pumped and inspected my system and found that my baffle outlet was cast iron and faulty even though the other guys said it was plastic and working. he told me where to dig to get line and outlet exposed so they could come back and do replacement. following that i found that the line between septic and dbox was collapsed and full of roots. so that to had to be replaced. i called them when i was ready for repairs to be done and they set me up asap to have that done later in the week. tristan came out did the repairs and gave me some pointers on how to clean my drain field and what to use and not to use in my septic to keep to flowing right. the price for the baffle and line replacement was very reasonable and the job they did was quick and professional 👏 👏 👏 . they now have a lifetime customer of me and i highly recommend them for any of your septic issues. thank you Jims Septic..

  Jim's Septic has now pumped out my Septic Tank twice. I recommend their service for sure. The gentleman on the truck strike me as very honest and professional guys. Debbie scheduled my service within 24 hours of my call. They sell a small bucket of Bio-Clean which I now also recommend purchasing from them. They introduced me to the product several years ago. I mentioned to one of the servicemen that I can actually purchase the bucket for 10 bucks cheaper on Amazon. He reminded me, politely about supporting local business. He was absolutely right. I will continue to pick up a bucket with each service. Very appreciative.

  Great Company that is managed with honesty and integrity. Communication can not be surpassed. We had one property that they could have serviced but were honest in saying that it did not need it. They do not try to sell or do any unnecessary work. Friendly Hard Working Staff. We highly recommend Jim's Septic Service.
