  Worked with them for a couple years with no problems.n Then I’m had a situation at my home, partially due to my disability. Situation which was rectified, but now they refuse to come to my house. At the time, no one from the company said anything to me. A year later when I called for service they initially stonewalled me, then told me they refused to come to my house because of the situation a year earlier. I told them everything was fine now, but their workers said they wouldn’t come to my house. This was judgemental and unprofessional, especially sincevno one ever said anything to me before.

  Mike and his crew installed a new GeoThermal heating / cooling system for me this past summer. They did an excellent job and we love the system. Highly recommend them. It's also family owned and locally operated business!

  Word of advice, if you are going to blatantly speed through a school zone and flip off a parent, with 2 kids in the car, as they are pointing at the large yellow sign with FLASHING LIGHTS, don't be driving the company vehicle! Way to represent your company! Didn't get the plate, that is how fast they were driving, but the large white box truck with the large "HOOVER'S" written in blue along the side wasn't hard to miss. They were flying down Steelstown Road toward Newville Elementary. I stopped, flashed my lights at them, put my hand out the window, pointing at the School Zone sign with it's working flashing lights, but they made NO attempt to slow down. I was dropping my kids off at school so they got a good view of the driver flipping me off as he went by.
