  Didn't call me when parts came in for my wood stove. Had always shipped parts to me when I was willing to pay for the cost now they say they don't. Led me to believe when I ordered the parts they would call and they would send them to me as they did before. I live quite a distance away. Not a good way to do business. After I go over there to get my parts this time I doubt I ever go back!

  I've been doing business with Hilgedick Electric since purchasing our business in Fayette nearly 20 years ago. They've always done good job often on short notice. Glad to count them as friends too!
