We went to Hague plumbing because our former landlord recommended them. We wanted an outside tap replaced and a connection to a toilet cistern replaced. We were unhappy with the initial service - plumbing work competent but communication not so good. Company response to our previous review (2 stars) was extremely fast, and they have worked with us to understand our concerns, and to make good where possible. The company obviously cares about their reputation.

I called Hague because I suspected there was something wrong with my water heater. The techs showed up for 9 minutes, said it was fine, charged me the service fee and left. Three weeks later, my tank ruptured and flooded my basement. This company seems careless, and could cost you a lot of money in short order. Please do not use them.

Tech arrived when he promised. Diagnosed the problem. Replaced the defective part. We were very pleased with his work. We have had this unit for twenty five years and this was the first time in those twenty five years that we ever had a problem. Very satisfied with your tech and the Hague water system.
