  I called Russ on a Sunday morning in the middle of a snow storm and he cruised by on short notice to look at a leaky faucet in our kitchen. He identified the problem, fixed it in 30 seconds and then insisted there was no charge. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely use Russ again and can't recommend highly enough.

  Vinny and Russ are so nice and do their job very professionally. I can always trust them to do the job right. One thing I love about them is that they always give us their honest bills. No unnecessary markups or surprise fees. If you are in Westchester county and have an emergency plumbing problem, you should give them a call. They are very very reliable.
