  Kevin responded in a very timely manner. He came to my residence and shut the main water line off so there was no more damage and came back the next morning and had the leak fixed within 10 minutes. Truly very professional. I will recommend Gen-X plumbing! Thank you very much!

  Kevin came on a Sunday (no extra charge) and was so nice and helpful. Was on time and finished within an hour. Gave us great suggestions and recommendations for septic. All other plumbers were weeks out they were able to come within a few days. Highly recommended!

  I called Gen X in need of a plumber to repair a bathroom toilet at my business. The lady who answered the phone indicated that they didn't have time to fix the problem. I only called this company because their website states that they will do 24 hour emergencies. A place of business without a working toilet is an emergency.
