  Kyle replaced 2 boilers in our multi-family house at one time and the work was great! He is very professional, all his prices are upfront and fair, and he takes care to be thorough with the appropriate speed. I fully recommend Gatti Plumbing.

  Originally many people referred us to another company, L***o, to replace our steam boiler, which is also 5 star in Google. Not only that company quoted us $1000 more, they might be too busy and didn't really care about us. They were like "give me a written quote from another company and we'll then give you a cheaper price", "pay deposit now or wait for two more weeks, it's up to you". In contrast, Gatti was much nicer. The staffs were patient. They went over all the details of the new boiler and answers all our questions. I initially worried that the great price might come with tricks or hidden cost. But no, it didn't happen. On the next day we found a small issue and Gatti came right away and solved the problem quickly. Good quality and nice service.

  We had a clogged and frozen sump pump pipe. Kyle is very responsive in answering the call and promptly scheduled an appointment. Andrew is extremely friendly and professional in dealing with the issue. He double checked to make sure the pipe was opened up and came back the next day to tighten a connection to the pump free of charge. Highly recommend.
