  I needed him to return quickly due to a particularly tricky situation. The replacement of a single valve turned into the replacement of the entire hot water unit. He wanted to make sure that we didn't have to go without hot water, so he replaced the entire unit when it was raining. Excellent communication and response from the company's staff.

  They were fantastic; I would recommend them to everyone since they are kind, happy, efficient, and really helpful. They repaired a bathroom for me, and I am quite pleased with the outcome. They are, in my opinion, worth a five plus.
