  Freedom Plumbing has the perfect name. Their customer service is excellent. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and professional, and prices are fair. I trust them. I am a business owner and used another local plumbing company for grease trap cleaning, however their back office customer service always seemed combative and argumentative. Thank you Freedom Plumbing for exceeding my expectations. I encourage everyone...don’t waste your time, exercise your freedom of choice with Freedom Plumbers.

  I'm so glad I found Freedom Plumbers. I needed to have my sewer line replaced and could not have asked for a more professional job. From the initial inspection of my line through the entire process to completion every step was preformed with the highest level of professionalism from both the on site personnel as well as the office staff. Communication was amazing, I received text messages and emails alerting me not only when they were coming, but who was coming for each step of the process and never once did I get an answering machine on any of my calls. Any question that I had during the process was always greeted with a courteous and knowledgeable response. Amazing company and highly recommended, they will be my go to from here forward on plumbing and sewer issues.

  We were in the middle of a re-finance that forced an inspection of our septic system. A different company conducted the inspection and found some issues -- their quote to repair seemed high. We called Freedom Plumbers -- Scott and Jacob were more reasonable on the cost and were able to start the next day. Work was completed in timely manner in-spite of weather challenges. Further they were able to make several minor repairs that should have been discovered during the inspection (and were not) in a very cost-effective manner. The entire experience of working with Freedom Plumbers from the initial call to scheduling to repair work to billing has been exceptional -- highly recommend to anyone!
