  Absolutely phenomenal. We were ghosted by TWO plumbers before calling this place and I am so glad it worked out this way! I didn’t catch their names, but two people showed up to fix a seal on our downstairs toilet, and a leaking issue in an upstairs bathroom. The price was VERY reasonable for the work done, and they were in and out in no time. They both took their shoes off before entering without being asked, and took extra care to make sure none of our 3 cats got outside or into any previously closed doors, again without being asked. I’m simply ecstatic that we had such a good experience and I will 100% be using them again for future plumbing.

  Todd and his crew have now re-plumbed the entirety of our plumbing under the fixer-upper we are renovating and installed a new water heater and multiple fixtures. I was amazed at how hard they worked. These guys are skilled, professional, and very personable as well. I am also impressed by the integrity and transparency with which Todd strives to run his company. They explained any changes or surprises that came up over the course of the job immediately and thoroughly so that I could make informed decisions and went the extra mile on multiple unexpected problems. I highly recommend this company.

  Last Saturday late afternoon/evening I called Flow Tech after breaking the water line from the meter to my house while digging a trench for a yard drain. We were really in a bind and Flow Tech was able to get a plumber here in less than an hour—on Saturday evening! He inspected the break, ran for parts, then had it fixed in 15 minutes after returning with the parts! Brandon was the plumber. He was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and then reviewed it all when he was finished. Problem solved! I would use Flow Tech again for sure.
