  The service I received was great! They were on time and worked hard to remove stuck grease from a drain line at a rental property my wife and I own. They had a snafu with their jetter machine and actually stayed right there until the mechanic came out and fixed it on the spot. Then returned to work getting the lines cleaned out. I am impressed with how good of a job they did. Other companies over the years poke a hole in it and leave but they really got it good! They were also about 1/3 the cost of Mr.Rooter so also a bargain! I will be recommending them to friends, family, and customers!

  Thank you, thank you, thank you! What a wonderful experience it was to work with Drain Wizard. I called on a Friday morning, and they were able to report to my home after work Friday afternoon.The attentiveness, efficiency, and communication was top notch. Chris and James (and I apologize for not knowing the gentleman’s name who was with James this AM) were pleasant and accommodating. I cannot thank you enough!!!

  After 15 years of low water pressure, yesterday, Drain Wizard replaced my 200 plus feet of waterline from the city meter to my house. They said they would be here at 7am and they were, they said it would take 4 to 6 hours and it took 4. We can now take showers in two bathrooms simultaneously or flush a toilet with someone in the shower. I didn't measure the pressure but it feels like it doubled. As they worked I was nosey and asked how they can guide their equipment underground through all my trees and under my driveway and come up under my house exactly where they needed to and they explained everything in laymen terms, very cool. I noticed that the cover where my water meter is located was raised about three inches above the ground after they left so I called them this morning and within the hour they sent someone out to make it flush with the ground so I can take my mower over it. Quick, professional and responsive best describes Gary Fox and his crew.
