  I had Scott do a pond on my property. He said it was complete so I drove there to pay him. Because of rain, he couldn't finish grading and the spillway. He promised to return when everything dried out. He seemed like an honest guy so I still paid him in full. 6 months of excuses later he has not returned and quit taking my calls. Beware of this guy! Don't pay until the job is complete.
